CLD is looking for an individual to play a pivotal role in assisting in the delivery of training solutions for our pharmaceutical clients.  Working with project managers, medical writers, and editors, you will be part of the QC process and work in client databases to ensure accurate and timely information is received by the client.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ability to work in various databases
  • Ability to work on multiple screens
  • Upload documents to clients’ electronic referencing systems
  • Scanning and creating PDF’s
  • Perform quality check of eLearning modules
  • Light copyediting and proofreading of print and online materials to achieve consistency and high quality

Requirements:

  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to high quality
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills
  • A positive, people-oriented and energetic attitude
  • An interest in working hard and being challenged in a fast paced environment, and having fun while doing it
  • Experience with Zinc and Veeva Vault systems a plus
