Manage nSight, Inc.'s EditExpress, a service for copyediting professional documents with rapid turnaround.  Work with clients in financial services, IT, fintech, business consulting, education and other industries.

  • Serve as a main client contact and set established project pricing, work on and traffic files to team.
  • Resolve client issues, as necessary.
  • Must be "on-call", monitoring the EditExpress mailbox - M-F, 9-5 PM, for new assignments from various clients.
  • Proofread and copyedit consulting reports, corporate communications, marketing collateral, websites, books and many other types of content.
  • Ensure team of seven editors adhere to client deadlines and style guide specifications.
  • Discuss and resolve specific editorial issues with clients and team.
  • Screen freelance editors using work samples as well as interviews and proprietary editorial tests when needed.

Requirements include:

  • Expert in Copyediting and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Direct experience working with clients.
  • Direct experience working alongside and managing editing teams.
  • Ability to move projects in a fast, efficient manner.
  • Must be professional and maintain a smooth, streamlined workflow.
  • Outstanding communication skills are a must!
