Instructional Quality Editor and Administrator - Part time

Duties and Responsibilities:
Are you an excellent writer and editor? Are you the type of person who makes sure that every document has the correct file name and your folders are immaculate? Do you want to work with a high performing team to complete satisfying projects for some of the worlds most impressive companies? If you want to get a foot in the door of corporate consulting and training, please read on! As the company grows, this could become a full time position.
Our Instructional Quality department needs an additional team member to: " Manage ordering in the learning material fulfillment process " Oversee learning materials revisions; ensure that all materials follow company standards " Assist with design, development, and proofreading of learning materials for new workshops " Team on client customization and consulting projects; jump in to help as needed to collaborate with the sales team " Oversee implementation of new e-learning workshops and blended learning options " Ensure that facilitators and the sales team know about changes in materials " Run event logistics for the monthly Open Seminar and any other department retreats or meetings " Manage facilitator consulting assignments, project agreements and development notes in the company database " Work an occasional evening as technical support for global webinars (will train)
Required Experience:
Recent college grads may qualify. Our ideal candidate has 1. top-notch grammar, editing, and business writing skills (must pass our writing tests) 2. the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines 3. ability to learn new software programs quickly 4. expert Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills. Adobe InDesign a plus. 5. a B.A. in English or related communications degree 6. instructional design experience and skills a plus
Salary/Hours:
$20 per hour for up to 25 hours per week in the Waltham office, spread over 4-5 days. Must drive and have own car.
